Bannermen of Lost Generations

by Stoner Train

supported by
Harry Harrison

Harry Harrison Stoner Train haven’t deviated from their tried & true formular of dropped, southern rock with slide guitars, mouth harp and gravelly, bourbon-soaked vocals. And when you’re on a good thing, you should stick to it, right? As enjoyable as their other releases, I’m just wondering when Stoner Train are going to run out of good tunes because they sure as hell haven’t yet. Thanks guys. Favorite track: Heading for Tomorrow.

Dumb mmmn America’s first steam locomotive lost a race to a horse. But this? Help yourself to a bad ass, bluesy southern buffet, throw in a little shady harmonica action on some of the grittiest songs about sweat and toil... and put Cookie Monster on vocals?

1st place Favorite track: Bannermen of Lost Generations.

Harris Schroff This blew my mind. Favorite track: Space Trucker.

ZombieJ A little more chilled than their previous album, but still on almost constant rotation since release. Those damned Russian hillbillys have done it again with an incredibly talented release. Jealous of that growl there brother! ;) Favorite track: Downtown of the Living Dead.

Redneck_KNS I wrote it in last.fm, but I'll post it here again:
New album is another fuckin' masterpiece of Stoner Train! Thank god for this band! Waited so long for a new record. Their sound is one of a kind like the music of Rebel Son. But dammit, why is "No money, no home" not on this release? "Bannermen of lost generations" and "Space trucker" are excellent! "We're riding low" is a great chill down track. Will listen to it, before I sleep. There is no Stoner Train track I have to skip. Favorite track: Space Trucker.
